Return and Exchange Policy:

• Customers are eligible for a return within 24 hours of receiving the order. Return shipping, delivery fees, and service charges (SAR 190) are fully borne by the customer.

• A non-refundable 2% fee will be deducted by Tabby/Tamara in case of cancellation.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned or exchanged with all accessories and with the return/exchange tag intact.

• One exchange is allowed free of charge; any additional exchange will incur a 50 fee.

• A maximum of two exchanges is allowed.

• If the customer chooses to exchange and then return the product, additional return fees will apply (including the cost of the first exchange).

Upon receiving the product and confirming its condition, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days.

The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank.

Please note: Returns or exchanges are not available outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
